Contracts:
All advertisers must signed a contract. Payment must accompany
with the contract. All advertising must only be for the advertiser’s
business and is not assignable.
Copy Regulations:
The producer reserves the right to reject or
revise any advertisement, which is deemed objectionable in its
wording or subject matter.
Acceptance:
By submitting and ad for publication, the
advertiser accepts all terms and conditions set forth in the
contract. The acceptance of an advertisement is subject to the
conditions in the advertising contracts and the approval of the
producer. The producer serves the right to reject or revise any
advertisement, which is deemed objectionable, whether in its wording
or subject matter.
Indemnification:
The advertise person agrees to
indemnify and hold the publisher harmless in any litigation right
claim arising from the publication for an advertisement supplied by
the advertiser. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for
libel, copyright infringement, unfair trade practices, trademark
infringement and the violation of right of privacy.
Liability:
Liability for any errors in advertising shall not exceed the cost of
the space occupied by the error. The sole that exclusive remedy for
message of the Hmong Minnesota Radio, LLC. Liability for errors in
any ad shall be limited to rescheduling the corrected ad or
crediting the cost of that portion of the ad occupied by the error,
the option of the producer.
Scheduling:
Scheduling is at the discretion of the
producer. Preferences of the advertiser are generally granted on a
first request basis.
Terms
of Payment:
All advertisements must be paid in advance of
the scheduled time. Make all payments by Check or Cash payable to
the Hmong Minnesota Radio, LLC.
Cancellation
fees:
Any display advertisement may be canceled
after the reservation subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
In the Event of Disaster:
In the event of disaster occurred, and if
Hmong MN Radio, llc. is no longer to perform it’s business, all the
advertisement fees will be returned and prorated to the advertisers.
